Plain Talk on How I Handle Your Info
Same care here as I'd want for my own information. No fine-print games. Just the truth.
When you fill out a contact form on this site, I collect what you choose to share — your name, email, phone, location, and the words you write in the message. When you subscribe to blog updates, I collect your email address. I do not ask for anything I don't actually need.
I use what you share to respond to you personally, to send the blog notes you have asked for, and to follow up if we have started a conversation. I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone outside the small set of services that help me run this site.
Just me. The contact form submissions land in a private dashboard at Netlify, where this site is hosted. If you subscribe to blog notes, your email may be stored in an email service provider for the sole purpose of sending those notes — nothing else.
This site does not use marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising. Netlify, the hosting service, may use basic technical cookies to keep the site running properly. That is standard for any modern website.
If you want to know what information I have about you, change it, or have it deleted entirely — just ask. Email letstalk@silenttospoken.com and I will handle it personally and quickly.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with me, please contact me and I will remove it right away.
If anything meaningful changes, I will update this page. The "last updated" date below will tell you when.
